popupwindow well this is what runs the game as a borderless window. Replace WIDTH and HEIGHT with the resolution you want to run at. popupwindow -screen-width WIDTH -screen-height HEIGHT.

I posted this in the Megathread but honestly I have had so much trouble with the FPS in GTA 5, that to finally find a cure makes me really happy and I want to share it. Since we now query the render area size every frame anyway to support moving between different resolution screens on macOS, we can just tell SDL our window is resizable, the query code is going to make things all right.
